We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy.

No Refunds

  • All bookings are final: Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Non-transferable: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or date.
  • If any unforeseen event occurs, you will be granted a credit that must be used within no more than 6 months.

Changes to Your Booking
